初衷 My WHY

A good educator should bring joy, inspiration and knowledge to learners. He/She could bring the best out of children and adults. It doesn’t matter if an educator has a qualification from a top university or a world-famous organisation.

For me, it is essential that an educator can really teach, build trust and rapport and care about learners.

I have been a teacher for 25 years. I have seen some teachers with qualifications from top universities struggle to teach. Students looked bored, lost interest and had no motivation.

I have seen some amazing teachers who didn’t graduate from famous universities bring the best out of the children that they teach.

I care for my team.

Health and family must come first.

Work can wait.

Transparency and open communication are crucial.

No one will be left behind as we work together and support each other.

Together we are stronger.

Together we thrive.

I have received a lot of support from my family, friends, teachers, bosses, students, ex-students, colleagues and the public after I lost my parents at age nine.

Scholarships, advice and help have been given to me when I was a student. I am grateful.

That is why I am keen to include NGO concepts and provide free access to children from disadvantaged backgrounds in my business plans. This will be my long-term goal.

I would love to help those who are in need to break the cycle and to have strength and abilities to stand on their own feet and make their lives better.

I believe that we, as a team, can work together to bring the best out of learners and ourselves. Care and support must come before grades.
